About Hiline Builders

Hello, I'm Phil Vanderloo, Owner and President of Hiline Builders Inc. I've been building Custom Homes and Remodels in the Sacramento area for over three decades. I've been a licensed General Contractor since 1984.

Over the years I began to develop a passion for the science of building more sustainable, energy efficient buildings with healthier indoor environments. My continued education in Green Building principals and practices enabled me to become a "Certified Green Building Professional" and I have since earned the credential of LEED Accredited Professional in both Building Design and Construction and LEED for Homes. This will allow me to assist clients in achieving the LEED Building Certification as well as offering expert Sustainable Design Consultation and guidance.

Hiline Builders Inc. has been included in the Sacramento Business Journal's "The List" of the area's top 25 Custom Home Builders the last 6 years running. "We hope to continue to be one of Sacramento's premier builders for years to come while remaining on the cutting edge of the areas Home Building and Remodeling Community."
